The Ask

 

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support two core tenants of our business: US Fulfillment and Logistics (https://www.hartehanks.com/fulfillment-center/ and https://www.hartehanks.com/logistics/ ) and Business Partnerships. Our partnerships business unit collaborates with brands to build strategic alliances that drive mutual growth, leveraging data-driven insights and integrated marketing solutions. This manager will focus on creating value through innovative partnerships and clients within fulfillment and logistics, ensuring effective engagement and measurable outcomes. This is a fully remote position that reports to the VP of Marketing. Who You Are A self-starter with partner marketing and supply chain experience, comfortable managing multiple ongoing projects in a remote fast-paced environment with numerous requests. You love building programs from the ground-up, while immersing yourself in complex business models.

 

What You’ll Do

 

 • Oversee the end-to-end execution of lead generation initiatives, including email marketing, social media ads and organic posts and management of thought leadership documents, case studies and press releases

• Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals of driving qualified leads, brand awareness and brand engagement

• Develop and execute joint marketing plans with partners to drive awareness, demand and pipeline

• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform go-to-market strategies

 • Work alongside Harte Hanks’ partners to create partner focused content, including case studies, whitepapers, blogs and videos to showcase joint success stories

 • Ability to communicate marketing strategies and results to internal and external stakeholders and senior management

• Proficiency in presenting marketing plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders

• Utilize data and analytics to inform marketing decisions and optimize campaigns

• Coordinate events both external trade show and speaking engagements and internal webinars

• Collaborate with leaders across Fulfillment and Logistics and Partnerships to develop collateral material, proposals, presentations, and pitch decks to support the sales efforts for new business

• Assist in the management of the Harte Hanks CRM through HubSpot

• Manage multiple marketing initiatives and projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient allocation of time and resources

• Success will be rooted in driving qualified leads to both business units, and driving brand engagement and awareness through multiple annual marketing campaigns

 

What You Need

 

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, including sales support, internal communication, and events • An understanding of direct and digital marketing

• Prior experience developing sales engagement sequences (e.g. Outreach, Sales Loft) and within ABM platforms

• Supply Chain (Fulfillment & Logistics) marketing experience

• Strong communication, writing, and copy-editing skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail

• Proficiency in MS suite; PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Adobe Suite

• HubSpot expertise a significant plus

• Ability to occasionally travel to lead office

• Ability to develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goal
