About Us: Yellowstone Local is a leading Staffing and Recruitment company specializing in hiring for HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing businesses across the United States. We are expanding our customer service team and looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join us. This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity with significant growth potential. We are specifically looking for Philippines-based candidates.

What We're Looking For: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with excellent English communication skills and a strong background in customer service. The ideal candidate must have high emotional intelligence (EQ), the ability to read customers effectively, and a deep understanding of customer service nuances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle 40+ service calls per day, booking 3-6 appointments daily through calls and emails.

  • Deliver above-average customer service, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.

  • Accurately input customer data into our software systems and manage communications and logistics.

  • Organize and maintain shared folders and files within Google Drive.

  • After the first 90 days, assist with data entry for accounts receivable (AR) and handling invoices.

  • Opportunity to work on Sundays if needed.

Work Schedule:

  • Tuesday - Friday: 7 to 8-hour shifts.

  • Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST.

  • If performance is excellent, up to 45 hours per week will be offered.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

  • Proven track record in customer service with experience handling inbound and outbound calls.

  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) – able to read customers and handle situations effectively.

  • Extremely detail-oriented – accurate data entry and organization skills.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling software, and Google Drive is a plus.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
