We are looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant who are excited to grow with us. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Business process analysis: Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in a client's business processes
Solution design: Create and recommend ServiceNow-based solutions that meet the client's goals
Implementation: Configure and implement ServiceNow applications and SPM module to support the new processes
Training and support: Train clients on how to use the new processes and ServiceNow functionalities
Continuous improvement: Stay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practices
Client relationship management: Manage client relationships and provide mentoring to team members
Process documentation: Develop detailed process maps, workflows, and related documentation
Performance monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of implemented processes
Ongoing support: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow instances

REQUIREMENTS

US Citizenship
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
Experience implementing SPM module
4 year Degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science
Experience with Agile
Strong Interpersonal skills
Customer-centric skills
Ability to deal with cultural diversity
Proven team player
Industry domain expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization
Working knowledge of system development life cycle concepts
Highly skilled with Microsoft Visio
Highly skilled with presenting and running workshops
