Reporting to the Adops Director, you will be a member of Sparteoβs advertising operations team. You will collaborate with the sales, data analytics, and technical teams to support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns( video, audio, display and ctv) and support in deployment the adserver the publisher like Google ad Manager . Additionally, you will contribute to the operational processes and help ensure that all advertising tools used by Sparteo continue to meet industry standards.
To specify
Manage integration of ad servers (like Google Ad Manager) with publishers by ensuring accurate data transmission, the correct passing of key values, make sure that the vast is correctly integrated in our own plateform, create ad Unit etc.
You will Manage Sparteo sales house campaigns to make sure that all campaigns are delivered on time and reach different KPI (vtr, viewability, cpc, cpcv). (planning, execution, and optimization)
Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, data analytics, and technical teams to facilitate smooth communication and project coordination.
Provide technical support for the sales teams and clients as needed. (Deal Troubleshooting, campaign set up, report etc)
Be an expert of our ad serving tools ((Google ad management, freewheel, etc) to advice external client and internal teammates
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Professional experience supporting advertising operations, ideally in a digital advertising environment.
Solid understanding of advertising tools and technologies, including ad management platforms and ad servers. (Google Ad Manager, Freewheel etc)
Some experience collaborating within a team environment.
Comfortable working with numbers and analyzing data.
Able to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of understanding key strategic concepts.
Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English, with good problem-solving abilities.
Customer-oriented and results-driven.
