The Role:
 
The Head of Crypto Casino will drive growth, manage operations, and expand the company’s presence in the crypto gambling sector. This role involves developing strategies, acquiring clients, overseeing teams, and ensuring market alignment. Key responsibilities include revenue growth, regulatory monitoring, stakeholder relationships, and representing the company at industry events.
 
Responsibilities: 

 

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the company's footprint in the crypto segment.
  • Create and manage the projects pipeline through focused activity. Implement processes and follow a Country Management checklist.
  • Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, upselling existing clients, and improving customer retention via the respective central teams.
  • Develop relationships with the customers and understand their business fully so that
    we sell to them in the correct manner.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Monitor the regulatory environment to identify risks and opportunities that may impact the business.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and lead the local/country teams.
  • Coordinate internal teams such as marketing, sales, product and account management to ensure alignment with local market needs and win more market share.
  • Develop and update sales material including presentational resources to assist in the sale process.
  • Develop budgets and forecasts in line with business objectives and track performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with operators, affiliates, and other relevant entities via the respective internal teams.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings, enhancing the company’s profile and market presence. Organize events for customers.
  • To roll out company products across the range of the market’s operators;
  • Ensure all team members are aligned with the company's values and strategic objectives.
  • To report back to the business on the progress and status of KPIs in the market.
  • Any other tasks as may be required by the Company from time to time, which fall under the employee’s area of expertise. 

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the crypto gambling or iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency applications in online casinos
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to crypto gaming and online gambling
  • Familiarity with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the crypto casino space
  • Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Ability to develop and execute growth strategies in the crypto casino sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills to oversee and guide country/local teams
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and account management
  • Ability to develop and track budgets and forecasts aligned with business goals
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with operators, affiliates, and key industry stakeholders
  • Experience in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth execution of company objectives
  • Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to stakeholders
  • Experience representing a company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
