We are an offshore staffing agency, looking for a People Operations Specialist to pioneer our core team as we continue to scale and deliver top-tier talent in the IT and Finance sectors. As we grow, we need a dynamic, forward-thinking individual to help streamline HR processes and foster an engaging, productive environment for our consultants.

Role Overview:

The People Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance. This role will be vital in building a strong talent pipeline, ensuring smooth integration of new hires, and supporting the overall employee experience for our IT/Finance consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage the recruitment process for IT/Finance consultants, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating with clients.
  • Develop and maintain an effective onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-prepared and integrated into the team.

Employee Engagement & Retention

  • Assist in creating employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Regularly check in with employees to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Assist with offboarding and exit interviews as necessary.

Administrative Support

  • Help create and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries from employees.
What Were Looking For:
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or recruitment, preferably within a staffing agency or IT/Finance-related field.
  • Knowledge of local labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
