Responsibilities:

Conducting daily warm sales outreach utilizing our extensive membership database
Assessing the financial requirements of our members and effectively communicating the significance and advantages of supplemental benefits products
Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure member retention
Maintaining continuous communication with members during the application process, offering updates, resolving any inquiries, and providing necessary support
Offering continued assistance post-policy implementation, including policy evaluations, beneficiary modifications, and claims support
Complying with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines related to the sale and management of life insurance policies.
