Your Role & Responsibilities

• Client Communication: Engage with policyholders via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Policy Management: Process policy requests, update information, and ensure all procedures are accurate.
• Relationship Building: Provide empathetic, professional service by addressing client needs with care.
• Ongoing Support: Maintain communication with clients to ensure policies stay up-to-date and relevant.

Who We’re Looking For

• Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities to explain products and foster trust.

• Sales/Customer Service Experience: Insurance experience is preferred but not required.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using digital tools for remote work.
• Independence & Time Management: Thrive in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
• Reliable Attendance: Consistent availability to meet client needs is essential.
• Home Office Setup: A quiet, designated workspace with stable internet is required.
