POSITION SUMMARY: This role will be an expert for Thorne’s ERP implementation project. This position will require deep expertise in Microsoft ERP (Dynamics F&O and/or BC) and some experience with legacy ERP NAV. 

**This is a contract role with an estimated project duration of 12-14 months, with the opportunity for a full-time position upon successful project completion**


RESPONSIBILITIES – Satisfactorily performing and/or achieving the following Responsibilities are essential duties of the job.

  • Lead and manage the ERP implementation project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project scope.
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Ensure alignment with key focus areas: Accounting & Finance, Operations, Distribution & Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Manage project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
  • Conduct formal and informal performance assessments of staff, including performance versus expectations and goals, behaviors, and leadership potential, and seek the same for self.
  • Actively participate in required training and development programs and electives as suit one’s needs, and support colleagues, trainers, and management as appropriate with these efforts.

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES / PROFICIENCIES – Satisfactorily achieving and/or meeting the following Experience, Competencies, and Proficiencies are essential duties of the job:

Experience and/or Education:

  • Proven experience managing large, complex mid-market ERP deployments.
  • Deep expertise in Microsoft ERP (Dynamics F&O and/or BC); experience with legacy ERP NAV is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of key focus areas: Accounting & Finance, Operations, Distribution & Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage external vendors.

Skills/Specialties:

  • Possess good interpersonal skills and engage others in a positive manner.
  • Possess strong attention to detail.
  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Raise issues and concerns promptly.
  • Document and present work in a clear and concise manner.
  • PMP or similar project management certification.
  • Proficiency in Smartsheet for managing projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Experience with change management and training initiatives.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Work independently with minimal direction and oversight.
