Job description

Exterro is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP), East Enterprise Sales  to lead our high-performing SaaS sales team. Reporting directly to the VP of the East, the RVP will drive revenue growth, develop strategic client partnerships, and coach a winning sales team to achieve and exceed targets. This leadership role is pivotal to our continued growth in the data risk management space.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of account executives to exceed regional sales targets.
  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by securing new enterprise clients and expanding existing relationships.
  • Shape and execute a sales strategy aligned with Exterro’s overall goals.

 

Client Management

  • Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, privacy officers, and decision-makers.
  • Manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, leveraging cross-functional teams to close enterprise-level deals.
  • Maintain and grow a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting and relationship-building.

 

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Partner with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, product offerings, and customer experience.
  • Act as a customer advocate, ensuring Exterro’s solutions consistently meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to position Exterro as the go-to leader in data privacy and protection.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role (preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or data protection).
  • Proven success in exceeding sales targets, managing multi-million-dollar sales cycles, and closing enterprise deals.
  • Expertise in privacy and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and SaaS methodologies like MEDDICC.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for inspiring high-performance teams.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities, with proficiency in tools like Salesforce and Gong.

As a remote first organization, our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The salary range for this remote position is $155,000-$205,000 per year, based on skills, experience and qualifications. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate. Exterro is a total compensation company, and this role may be eligible for variable pay, equity, bonus and/or other forms of compensation as part of the package. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, flexible paid time off and more.
