This is a remote position.
Scope:
Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM Plano, TX time with 1 hour unpaid lunch break (40 hours per week)
Remote work with flexible hours
Seasonal business with potential for increased hours during peak seasons (February-October)
Responsibilities:
Manage customer information using SalesRabbit CRM and Dropbox
Communicate with insurance companies to obtain payment information
Organize and maintain digital files for customers and vendors
Process and organize receipts and financial documents
Assist with payroll-related tasks and vendor management
Handle data entry and update spreadsheets
Coordinate with team members during busy seasons to manage increased workload
Monitor and troubleshoot GPS systems for the rental car fleet
Manage rental agreements and schedules
Coordinate with Avis for additional car rentals as needed
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM systems and cloud storage platforms (e.g., Dropbox)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable with multitasking and adapting to changing priorities
Experience in customer service or insurance industry is a plus
Familiarity with rental car management or similar logistics role preferred
