OE Sales Ops Intern

职责:

• 处理OE/OES的客户订单
• 登录所有客户网站下载订单、预测以及之后提交确认的流程，整合开票资料，与DBC交接
• 快速反应返件单系统制单提交 
• 协助在Clarity系统中更新业务情报
• 文件汇总整合及流转

Responsibilities:

• Process OE/OES customer orders
• Log in to all customer websites, complete the process of orders/forecasts download/confirmations, integrate invoice information, and communicate with DBC.
• Make/submit system order for quick service claim parts
• Support to update business information in Clairty
• Support on consolidation, integration, circulation of internal documentation

要求:

• 熟练使用Excel
• 良好的沟通能力、责任心、耐心与细心
• 每周工作4-5天（可接受一周一次线上办公），至少持续6个月
• 接受大三或大四的学生，无专业要求

Requirements:

• Skilled in Excel
• Good communication skills, responsibility, patience, careful.
• Ideally be able to work 4-5 days per week (remote working available once a week), commit to a minimum of 6 months.
• Juniors and seniors are acceptable, no major required.
