How You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission:
Contact and qualify potential customers through calls, texts, and emails.
Schedule appointments and follow up on leads to drive the sales process forward.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that meet sales targets.
Partner with local Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience as qualified leads move into the sales pipeline.
Use our CRM, marketing automation, and sales outreach tools to manage leads and sales activities.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and results, and adapt to test new approaches for continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring to the Table:
Proficiency in CRM and/or sales outreach software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, account executives, and the sales and marketing team
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
Time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a professional, quiet environment
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and experience in a Sales Development Representative role preferred
