Summary: Technology Specialist, Sales Enablement

Reduce sales cycle time by increasing sales productivity and efficiency via sales process and technology enablement, and digital adoption platform.

  • Sales Process and sales tools and systems

  • Digital adoptions

  • Understudy and eventual successor to subject matter expert

Experience:

  • Sales, Sales Support, Sales Operations and/or Sales Enablement.

  • Salesforce CRM System.

  • Google Suite - Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail.

  • Light project management.

  • ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, WalkMe.

  • Workflow diagram knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Mirror sales process subject matter expert (Manager)

  • Complete less complex sales process and enablement tasks

  • Create process to monitor team members’ tasks, team tasks and team projects (light project management)

  • Create process to socialize team projects

  • Learn Iron Mountain sales process

  • Learn sales tools and systems utilized during sales process

  • Facilitate training sessions and content for regional enablement

  • Provide support for sales process and tools

  • Participate in user acceptance testing for sales tools updates and enhancements

  • Learn WalkMe digital adoption platform

  • Co-build sales process in-the-flow-of-work learning via WalkMe digital platform
