The Supply Chain Transformation department at Motorola Solutions manages projects and sets goals, transforming solutions for the future.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the Supply Chain Transformation Project Management team

  • Develop organizational talent

  • Organize projects and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization

  • Develop and manage projects schedules to support the strategic direction of the organization

  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

  • Develop an evaluation method to assess projects strengths and identify areas for improvement

  • Implement processes and manage changes to ensure project goals are accomplished

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, and timing for projects

  • Facilitate team meetings weekly

  • Produce accurate and timely reporting of projects status throughout its life cycle

  • Present project status as required to different organization levels

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify, analyze and assess project risks; Establish and track risk mitigation plans; Drive for closures

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written 

  • Advance Google Suite experience

  • Ability to work with different levels from team members, to Senior Leadership 

  • Ability to work on complex issues and develop resolutions

  • Experience managing multiple teams within a Project Management environment

  • Strong leadership and time Management skills

  • At least three years of Senior Management experience preferred

  • Working knowledge of Supply Chain and Procurement processes preferred

  • PMP certification preferred

Target Base Salary Range: $120,300  - $240,600 

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.


Basic Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or Supply Chain 

  • Six years of experience in Business Transformation, Project Management, or Supply Chain required.

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
