Must-have Skills

• Experience working in a platform environment
• A mindset of ownership, leading by example and a default to action approach
• Hands-on experience with the following platform technology stack: Terraform, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines and templates, Azure cloud service including Networking, Identity Management, Service Fabric, AKS, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Elasticsearch
• Proven track-record of enabling/supporting teams to operate in a DevOps and/or Platform environment
• Proactive approach in problem, incident and risk management and resolution
• Strong communication skills that can inspire and align your team and outside stakeholders to the platform vision
• Experience in microservices architecture, event-driven architecture, and related patterns

Nice-to-have Skills

• Technical experience: C# (.NET) & Automated testing
• Experience working in financial services/fintech/newest financial technologies
• Experience of API first platforms
