Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst for Software Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering all project requirements and preparing comprehensive documentation to support the development process. This role involves analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. Experience in healthcare and veterinary domains will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software development requirements.

  • Work closely with IT and development teams to translate business needs into clear, functional specifications.

  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to identify and clarify software features and requirements.

  • Support project implementation by coordinating testing, training, and change management activities.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, particularly in healthcare and veterinary sectors, to recommend best practices for software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development industry;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities;

  • Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and reporting tools;
  • Ability to document functional and non-functional requirements;

  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.

  • Knowledge of healthcare and veterinary industry workflows is a plus;
