With extensive expertise and six years in business, Magic Rentals provides high-quality production equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, heaters, misting fans, dolly heaters, battery lights, and more. We are seeking a Virtual Assistant who is resourceful, efficient, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and personal support tasks. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and reliability, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and who aligns with Magic Rentals' Core Values of:

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Manage and organize emails
Process order entry and invoicing
Manage insurance tasks
Assist with real estate tasks
Manage personal tasks, bill payments, and day-to-day organization

Position Details

This is a W2 employee position
Benefits include Sick Time, Paid Holidays, 401K, Monthly Stipend, and Bonus Pay
The position will be 20-25 hours per week with the potential to grow to full- time hours as the need arises
Starting hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM PT
The pay rate is $24/hr USD
We're looking for someone to become a long-term (3+ years) team member
