Title: Quality Assurance Lead – Jiva
Location: Remote, must work PST hours
Duration: 9 -month contract

Description:
We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead with expertise in data conversion testing, specifically within Jiva and HealthRules Payor (HRP) environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare data validation, ETL processes, and system integration testing. This role requires excellent analytical skills, hands-on experience with healthcare data migration, and the ability to work cross-functionally with implementation teams.

What You Will Do:

• Lead and manage the QA testing efforts for data conversion and migration related to Jiva and HRP.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure accuracy and completeness of converted data.
• Validate data integrity between legacy and target systems, ensuring compliance with business and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Utilize SQL and other data validation tools to perform in-depth analysis and reconciliation of migrated data.
• Ensure test coverage across data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.
• Identify and document defects, track resolution, and provide comprehensive reporting on test outcomes.
• Establish and maintain best practices for QA methodologies and automation strategies for data validation.
• Support post-implementation validation efforts to confirm successful data migration.

What You Will Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance and data conversion testing in healthcare IT.
• Hands-on experience with Jiva and HealthRules Payor (HRP) platforms is required.
• Strong knowledge of ETL processes, SQL, and data validation techniques.
• Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with healthcare data structures, claims processing, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, CMS, etc.).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, Agile development environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience leading QA teams and coordinating cross-functional testing efforts.
