Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced part-time contract Recruiter to join our team at InvestorFlow. The ideal candidate will help us identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for various roles in the United States and United Kingdom, ensuring alignment with our company culture and growth goals. This role is remote-friendly and offers flexible hours, perfect for a professional seeking a part-time opportunity in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

EAST COAST PREFERRED - locations in Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY or Boston, MA strongly preferred. Must be located in the United States.

You Will:
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for various technical, sales, marketing, and operational roles within the Financial Services and tech industries.
  • Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and define hiring criteria.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as an ambassador for InvestorFlow’s values and culture.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with relevant regulations and company policies.

  • You Have:
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within the financial services or tech industries.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as Lever and Linkedin Recruiter.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with SaaS-related roles, including technical (e.g., software developers, engineers) and non-technical (e.g., sales, marketing) positions.
  • Background in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies.
  • Bonus points if you have recruitment experience in the United Kingdom.
