Job Description

Embark on an exciting journey as a Social Media Manager with light administrative duties for a groundbreaking luxury postnatal retreat. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing, crafting compelling narratives and engaging content that resonates with new mothers and expectant parents. Your creativity will shine as you develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This unique position offers a perfect blend of creative freedom and organizational skills, allowing you to make a significant impact on the business’s online presence while also contributing to its smooth operation through essential administrative support.

Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the creation and management of captivating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, showcasing the retreat’s luxurious offerings and supportive environment
  • Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to boost engagement, increase followers, and drive interest in the retreat’s services
  • Craft viral-worthy posts that speak directly to the target demographic of new and expectant mothers, highlighting the unique benefits of postnatal care
  • Engage in community building by reaching out to influencers, joining relevant online groups, and fostering meaningful connections within the parenting and wellness spheres
  • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries, ensuring prompt and helpful communication with potential clients
  • Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and reach
  • Assist with light administrative duties, including following up on staff tasks and managing essential spreadsheets
  • Support the orientation process by tracking documentation and ensuring smooth onboarding for new team members
Requirements
  • Proven track record in social media management, preferably within the wellness, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle sectors
  • Exceptional content creation skills across various social media platforms, with a keen eye for aesthetics and engaging storytelling
  • In-depth understanding of social media trends, best practices, and analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
  • Basic administrative and organizational abilities, including proficiency in spreadsheet management
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently on creative projects while collaborating effectively with the team on administrative tasks
  • Passion for women’s health, wellness, or parenting topics is a plus
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about the unique needs of a luxury postnatal retreat and its clientele
