Senior Business Intelligence Analyst - OMEGA Program

SUMMARY:  Provide actionable insights and execute tasks that help shape the strategic direction of the OMEGA program.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Interpretation: Under direction of functional leader analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
2. Reporting and Visualization: Create detailed reports and visualizations to present data in a clear and actionable manner for stakeholders.
3. Strategy Development: Under direction of functional leader develop strategies to optimize business processes, reduce costs, and support business growth through data-driven insights.
4. Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with leadership, department managers, and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field. Federal Contractor experience preferred
• Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Public Trust Clearance: Must be able to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance. This involves a background check and assessment of trustworthiness, reliability, and character.
