主要职责
1、负责上海部分区域销量目标达成，新用户开发和产品 SKU渗透目标达成；
2、负责团队日常管理，分配团队成员目标和任务，并通过过程管理，推动完成公司重要的KPI目标；通过辅导和随访，提升团队成员能力和技巧；
3、通过市场基础工作夯实，市场分销活动执行，达成当月分销目标；带领用家团队进行终端新客户开发，老客户产品维护和渗透；
4、通过销售数据分析、竞品信息收集，制定区域生意计划和品类计划。执行公司要求的活动，发现本区域品类机会并制定相应策略，优异执行；
5、负责日常文案工作，如按要求整理提交周报、月报等公司系统数据；
6、执行上级安排的其他任务。
职位要求：
1、本科或以上学历，行业背景不限(有餐饮或快消行业从业经验优先)；
2、3年以上团队人员管理经验；
3、良好的沟通能力，自信，勇于面对困难；
4、富有良好的业务拓展精神及商业意识，谈判技巧及团队管理经验；
5、良好的压力承受能力和达成目标的强烈愿望；
6、能长期不退缩，坚持达成预定目标, 有超越目标的强烈愿望，并能采取行动努力达成；
7、具备一定的电脑操作技能；
8、能够接受在外出差。
