This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a National Channel Sales Manager, Cooper Lighting Solutions, with Signify. Cooper Lighting Solutions is a business unit of Signify, the world leader in lighting.
Develop meaningful relationships at all levels of channel partner organizations ranging from front-line to C-Suite; leverage relationships to achieve sales objectives.
Work cross-functionally with teams that support sales efforts including marketing, supply chain, and finance.
Collaborate with regional selling teams (Regional Vice Presidents, District Managers, and Agents) to strengthen performance.
Manage distributor incentive and rebate programs for assigned accounts.
Become a subject-matter expert on key channel partner business strategy and culture; use knowledge to lead/influence impactful sales growth.

Salary: $128,000 - $187,660 Base
Bonus: Target 35% Sales Incentive Bonus
