Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR a High School diploma/GED plus 4 years of medical office or related administrative experience.

Responsibilities:
Performs administrative duties, including managing calendars and schedules, preparing documents and correspondence, setting up meetings, performing data entry, answering telephones, and filing and maintaining documents
Processes miscellaneous purchases and reimbursements, obtains estimates for purchases, processes purchase requisitions, and maintains inventory of supplies
Updates operating policies and procedures as needed based upon changes in reimbursements and regulations
Responds to patient inquiries and refers to appropriate source
Sets up case files, obtains PCP referrals, and mails correspondence requesting referring information
Coordinates various logistical needs and assists with travel arrangements and reimbursements
Performs other duties as assigned
