How you’ll make an impact
As the Sr. Manager, Marketing you will be responsible for developing and articulating FORTNA’s desired image and position by establishing and communicating the value proposition of our products, services and the company as a whole. Additionally, you’ll drive the development of brand strategy, brand initiatives and execution of marketing plans that drive new business opportunities for FORTNA offerings. Your energetic and action-oriented style will be key as you help drive change in a fast-paced environment. You’ll contribute to our innovative, highly rewarding environment while taking part in the evolution and growth of our business.
As a key collaborator, you’ll build relationships across the business assuring consistent and compelling communication of our brand across all markets and service lines, including digital communications, print collateral, website, and social media. By understanding FORTNA business objectives, the global markets in which FORTNA operates and industry trends, you’ll develop and implement marketing plans that result in increased wallet share and market share.

The base salary range for this role is $115,900 to $173,800. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual base salary offered will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
