IT Software Asset Manager - Evernorth Heath Services

This position represents the Technology Asset Management (TAM) team. The IT Service Senior Advisor will be responsible for providing governance of Cigna’s Software Asset Management Tool (FlexeraOne) and the data within the system.  The individual will support Software License Managers in the company to develop, maintain, and improve the most complete and accurate data possible for software asset management purposes.

Specific areas of responsibility are:

              

Software Asset Management

• Setup, Configure and Maintain FlexeraOne business adapters for all integrated systems and data exchanges.
• Routinely review and identify inventory data issues using defined measurements and KPI’s. 
• Remediate any identified data inaccuracies or incompleteness to improve trustworthiness and accuracy of data.  Work with Stakeholders to collect, verify, and maintain data required to remediate gaps.
• Create and analyze reports for stakeholders as requested.
• Assist in establishing the strategic direction for the Software Asset Management team.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement efforts to improve processes, tools and data to promote an efficient and effective asset management program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
• At least 8 years Asset Management experience preferred.  Experience in analytical, technology, or business roles will also be considered.
• Previous experience managing Flexera platform and data integrations, including building business adapters, reviewing evidence, etc.
• Experience with reviewing and interpreting software license contracts and understanding of licensing terms.  Experience with large software vendors such as IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, Broadcom, Salesforce, Adobe and other preferred.
• Strong Data Analysis skills.  Must possess ability to critically analyze data, relate it to business value and impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Must possess ability to communicate with different stakeholders and different levels of organization
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 106,300 - 177,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
