What are we looking for?

As the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations at SentinelOne, you will be the driving force behind the success of our marketing technology solutions and lead management processes. You will manage our marketing tech stack and lead efforts to optimize lead capture, routing, and tracking workflows across systems. Collaborating with marketing, sales, and cross-functional teams, you will work to maximize the value of these platforms, ensure their use and processes align with business goals, drive measurable impact, and deliver a seamless experience.

In this role, you will lead a team that will design and maintain lead management workflows, develop and drive adoption of best practices, and provide ongoing analysis of funnel health. This role requires system and platform analysis and campaign performance analysis as we reevaluate system performance and usage. You work cross-functionally also establish and maintain robust data governance practices, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and effective use of lead management tools across the organization. Additionally, you will foster user adoption by designing training programs and delivering ongoing support.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing technology and lead data management, with a strong focus on improving data quality, platform performance, and conversion rates. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing and mentoring a team.

What will you do?

  • Lead and manage a team of marketing technology and lead management professionals, fostering collaboration, providing mentorship, and driving a data-driven culture to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary manager of MarTech solutions, managing daily operations, troubleshooting, user support, and driving continuous improvement and adoption to maximize platform value.
  • Assist with and manage the marketing technology roadmap, manage configuration and permissions, day-to-day operations, and maximizing functionality, scalability across marketing
  • Define and maintain individual platform roadmaps for the tech stack, prioritizing use cases and enhancements based on stakeholder feedback, strategic goals, and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Optimize platform configurations for functionality, scalability, and ROI, while ensuring compliance with data security, privacy standards, and industry regulations.
  • Analyze platform usage and campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve targeting, engagement, and conversion rates, and sharing these findings with stakeholders to inform decisions.
  • Develop and track KPIs, delivering insights to stakeholders, and using these metrics to inform platform strategy and lead management improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, including training programs, resources, and documentation, to empower teams, drive user adoption, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Oversee and continuously improve lead management processes, ensuring accurate lead capture, routing, and tracking across systems, informed by performance metrics and evolving needs.
  • Maintain lead data integrity and implement robust data governance practices, optimizing lead routing rules to enhance collaboration and streamline processes between marketing and sales teams.
  • Monitor funnel health through dashboards and metrics, addressing inefficiencies, collaborating with analytics teams, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, analytics, and CRM teams to ensure alignment, seamless integration, and effective data flow across systems, driving a unified approach to data governance and process efficiency.

What skills and knowledge should you bring?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology and lead management processes, including hands-on expertise with ABM, Content Experience, and Conversational Marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, customer journeys, and campaign optimization strategies.
  • Experience with marketing and sales platforms, including Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, and data enrichment tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, or Dun & Bradstreet.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their application in marketing technology and lead management processes, including ensuring proper data handling, consent management, and compliance audits across platforms.
  • Proficiency in analyzing platform usage, system outputs,  and campaign performance metrics, with the ability to generate actionable insights. Experience with Tableau or similar analytics tools is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making across teams.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs to maximize user adoption and operational efficiency.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying gaps in processes and implementing solutions to optimize performance.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and addressing technical challenges effectively.

This U.S. role has a base pay range that will vary based on the location of the candidate.  For some

locations, a different pay range may apply.  If so, this range will be provided to you during the recruiting

Base Salary Range
$160,000$200,000 USD
