Job description

Distribusion is the world’s leading ground transportation marketplace and gives travelers seamless access to ground transportation online, from search to ticket purchase. We have built a cutting-edge B2B technology platform that connects bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with the biggest online retailers, including Google Maps and Booking.com.

We are shaping the future of travel and building the largest global network of transport providers and retailers. Having grown 10x in the past year, we are one of the fastest-growing startups in travel. Backed by four leading VCs (TQ Ventures, Creandum, Northzone, and Lightrock), and now, following our recent $80 m Series C, we are ready to push beyond.

We are looking for an Analytics Site Manager to join our eCommerce Solutions team to lead data analytics and real-time tracking, ensuring the quality and stability of our rapidly growing whitelabel solution.

What you will do:
  • Define the performance KPIs, targets and build the dashboards for tracking them (speed performance, conversion rate, payments and booking failure...)

  • Define optimizations on a general level and partner level

  • Define which things to A/B test in the different products to improve the metrics

  • Closely track product usage with tools like Hotjar, Amplitude, Google Analytics

  • Together with the tech teams and the QAs, plan and control the deployments to production to reduce impact to production

  • Train company wide how to use the analytics tools

  • Work together with the product managers to expose these analytics to our partners or internal teams

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
