Remote/Hybrid

National Law firm is seeking a mid-level IP Patent Prosecution Attorney to join it's growing Intellectual Property Practice Group. This position offers the flexibility of a remote or hybrid work arrangement from any of the firm's office locations.

About the Role:

The Firm is seeking an attorney with at least three years of experience in patent prosecution, handling a variety of patents across multiple industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in:

Patent prosecution, including drafting and filing patent applications.
Patent search and analysis, providing strategic guidance to clients.
Portfolio management, helping clients safeguard and maximize their intellectual property assets.
Experience in mechanical, biomedical, or medical device patents is a plus.
Litigation experience is beneficial but not required.
