We’re expanding our Healthcare Marketing team and looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help drive new business and strengthen customer relationships through strategic, multichannel campaigns. If you’re a detail-oriented marketer with a passion for creative storytelling and data-driven strategies, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution: Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and launch engaging marketing campaigns.
Creative Collaboration: Work with the design team to create compelling, on-brand visuals and assets.
Messaging & Copywriting: Craft clear, audience-focused copy that aligns with campaign goals.
Promo Management: Create and optimize promo codes and banners to boost conversions.
Campaign Launch & Optimization: Ensure accurate audience targeting, subject lines, and engagement strategies.
Project Coordination: Manage timelines, editorial calendars, and campaign assets for seamless execution.
Performance Analysis: Track key metrics, generate insights, and report on campaign effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Support: Assist in special projects and contribute to overall marketing strategy.
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
Minimum two (2) years of marketing experience required with experience in B2C preferred.
HubSpot experience required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with a focus on data-driven results.
