A Little Bit About the Position


Are you ready to take your skills and experience to the next level? We invite both internal and external candidates to apply for the Record Retrieval Portals, Invoices, Emails (PIE) Specialist role. In this position, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring timely responses to department correspondence, reviewing and processing invoices for record production, and monitoring record portals for efficient document retrieval. This is a fully remote position, with a full-time Monday-Friday schedule. Candidates must reside in: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, MN, MT, NC, NJ, NM, NV, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, or WA. 


Specialists transferring from other departments who do not have past experience in Record Retrieval would be hired as Record Retrieval PIE Specialist I (pay range: $17.50-$21.15/hour).


For Specialists who have Record Retrieval experience, this is a lateral transfer opportunity, meaning their career level (I-III) and pay rate will remain the same.

Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree in business administration preferred, but not required
  • 1+ years of customer service, call center, medical office, or legal office experience preferred
  • Advanced time management and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of work and function in a fast-paced environment, on deadline
  • Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 90% accuracy
  • Proficient using a computer, business phone, office software, video conferencing, and other computer programs including Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.)
  • Experience working in an office setting
  • Exceptional teamwork
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, attendance, dress code and professionalism
  • Must pass pre-employment screening

Functional Requirements


Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation, including, but not limited to:

  • Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total: 6-8 hours/day)
  • Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 6-8 hours/day)
  • Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 1-2 hours/day)
Salary Description
$17.50-$21.15/hour
