You are a strategic and analytical professional with a proven track record in optimizing website performance and driving conversions.

What You Will Do:

Ensure that brand messaging, tone, and visuals remain consistent across all touchpoints, reinforcing a cohesive and impactful brand story. Collaborate cross-functionally to align website performance, content, and digital marketing initiatives with business goals.

  • Website Performance & Optimization:
    • Own and optimize the website’s performance by driving engagement and conversion through strategic content, campaigns, and user flows.
    • Collaborate with the development team using agile methodology to enhance user experience (UX), improve mobile responsiveness, and streamline navigation.
    • Plan and oversee A/B testing strategies, leveraging data to refine user flows and continuously improve conversion rates.
  • Paid Traffic & Conversion Optimization:
    • Own the website’s performance in relation to high-volume paid traffic, optimizing landing pages, user journeys, and content for maximum conversion.
    • Analyze the performance of paid campaigns and make data-driven adjustments to website design and content to enhance conversion rates.
    • Collaborate with development to ensure seamless integration and alignment between website performance and paid traffic goals.
  • Brand Execution & Messaging:
    • Ensure that all website content is aligned with the company's brand voice, values, and objectives in close partnership with the brand leader.
    • Execute brand guidelines on the website, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity, while focusing on driving user engagement and conversions.
    • Monitor brand consistency across the website and all digital touchpoints, ensuring the brand’s story is clearly communicated.
    • Champion the implementation of brand guidelines across the website and other digital touchpoints, ensuring alignment across internal and external communications.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Partner with Sales, Guest Services, and teams to ensure that marketing initiatives align with customer needs and product offerings.
  • Measurement & Insights:
    • Define and track key performance metrics, including website engagement, user behavior, conversions, and traffic performance.
    • Create actionable reports and dashboards to communicate insights, driving data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Product Roadmap & Agile Execution:
    • Own and drive the product roadmap for Destify.com, collaborating with development to prioritize and execute website updates that drive business objectives.
    • Plan and strategize A/B tests and user experience enhancements, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and agile development cycles.

  • Expertise in website analytics tools and A/B testing platforms.
