We are currently looking for a Regulatory and Tax Reporting Process Lead ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

What you will be doing?
We are seeking a motivated Process Lead to manage key initiatives in regulatory and tax reporting, including CRS (Common Reporting Standard) and FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act). While prior expertise in these areas is not essential, a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt is key. This is a great opportunity to combine transversal leadership, process improvement, and collaboration with senior management.

  • Lead regulatory and tax reporting projects, ensuring compliance with - focussing (among others) on CRS, FATCA, and related frameworks
  • Design, execute, and refine reporting processes while identifying areas for improvement
  • Collect and analyze data, run data quality tools, and ensure data integrity at all times
  • Propose and implement improvements to the existing controls framework
  • Collaborate with internal teams and senior management to ensure clear communication and alignment
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and proactively address potential impacts
Skills you should have
  • A quick learner with a demonstrated interest in regulatory and tax topics (CRS and FATCA)
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in CRS and FATCA data gathering and reporting would be an asset
  • Experience with data collection, quality control, and process improvement
  • Ability to collaborate with Operations and Tech teams. A willingness to learn SQL if not already proficient
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills in English, including the ability to engage with Senior Management
  • Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities
