Job description

This is a remote position.


Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM Atlanta, GA time 
  • With 30-minute paid break in between

Overview
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer responsible for operations and sales, with a particular emphasis on managing and developing financial-sector client accounts. The role includes coordinating schedules, supporting sales activities, and helping streamline ongoing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the COO’s day-to-day calendar, schedule client meetings (especially with financial-industry prospects), and handle travel logistics.
  • Track and update sales pipelines, client databases, and operational metrics.
  • Coordinate and prepare sales decks, proposals, contracts, and financial statements for prospect/client meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships by scheduling follow-up calls, sending updates, and collecting feedback.
  • Oversee operational workflows and ensure all deadlines, deliverables, and action items are addressed.
  • Draft reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and provide prompt updates to key stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and financial-sector terminology; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheet software, and other sales/operations platforms.
  • High degree of accuracy and discretion in handling sensitive financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions
