This is a remote position.

Job Highlights:

Contract type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10am to 3pm Pacific
Potential for role expansion based on performance

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential real estate clients, focusing on an older demographic (70s-80s)
Qualify leads based on specific parameters set by you
Schedule appointments for qualified leads
Maintain accurate records of calls made and appointments set
Adhere to California’s strict cold calling laws and regulations

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing, preferably in real estate
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Strong time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Drive
Sensitivity and patience when communicating with older clients
