This is a remote position.

Job Highlights: 

Contract: Independent Contractor
Schedule:
  • 20 hours per week
  • Mondays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila; Saturdays and Sundays 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM Perth time

POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Service Operator supports the Community Customer Service Manager in delivering exceptional service to students. This role focuses on addressing student inquiries, managing community interactions, and ensuring the smooth execution of weekend activities. As an integral team member, you will help maintain a vibrant and supportive community for students.

TEAM AND REPORTING STRUCTURE
Reporting directly to the Community Customer Service Manager, you will work closely with the broader customer service team and community ambassadors.
Collaboration with the Marketing and Operations teams will also be part of your responsibilities.
This part-time position offers an opportunity to develop customer service expertise while contributing to the success of a thriving artistic community.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Hard Essential Skills:
● Proficiency in customer service tools such as HubSpot and ClickUp
● Basic Canva design skills for creating simple visual content.

Soft Essential Skills:
● Strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Ability to work independently during weekend hours.
● Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

Knowledge Needed:
● Familiarity with online education platforms and community management practices.
● Interest in fibre and mixed media arts is advantageous

Education:
● High school diploma required; relevant certifications in customer service administration are an advantage.
