Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calls, and general administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and insurance companies.
- Organize and maintain documents and files with precision.
- Utilize Excel (including formulas) and Dropbox efficiently.
- Assist commercial real estate owners in filing property damage claims with insurance providers.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of the property insurance industry, especially in damage claims.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Excel, Dropbox, and handling client interactions.
