Senior Deep Learning Data Scientist, RAPIDS - AI

Our dynamic team is now seeking a talented and passionate engineer to focus on maintaining and enhancing our code repository dedicated to LLM projects. This presents a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering team in generative AI and LLM, contributing to advancements that shape the future of AI applications.

What you'll be doing:

• LLM Development: Contribute to our ongoing LLM projects, which may include training and refining LLM models, collecting and labeling data for experiments, building demos and/or proof of concepts based on new technology development.
• Code Repository Management: Actively maintain and improve our code repository to ensure smooth development workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with a team of experts in AI, engaging in problem-solving and innovative solution development.
• Research and Innovation: Conduct research related to LLM and generative AI, apply theories, concepts, principles and methodologies of LLM toward open source or product development.

What we need to see:

• 7+ Years of experience with Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Foundation in LLM, generative AI, deep learning, and related areas.
• Experience in Python programming and familiarity with large-scale model training will be advantageous.
• Proficiency in using GitHub for version control, demonstrated experience in repository maintenance, and a solid background in software development.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct research, with a track record of publications or projects in relevant areas of LLM development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and external partners.
