Job description

As part of the Digital Content Management team, the Digital Content Management Specialist integrates new content into the content management system (CMS) and manages governance of existing content updates across multiple sites and landing pages. This role collaborates closely with internal teams, including SEO, Product Marketing Managers, Developers, Project Managers, and various external stakeholders to coordinate website efforts under strict deadlines. The ideal candidate has CMS experience, can adapt based on needs, remains patient under pressure, is collaborative and kind, embraces change, is unfazed by shifting priorities, and can deliver high-quality work at a fast pace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, upload, edit, and organize web content, including text, images, videos, and documents
  • Execute tasks according to internal publishing workflows and processes
  • Troubleshoot issues that may arise
  • Maintain best practices as established by the department
  • Maintain a collaborative, problem-solving working relationship with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Experience in content or website management
  • Ability to adapt to a deadline-driven, changing work environment
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality execution with a customer service orientation
  • Passion for quickly learning new tools and applications
  • Experience working in WordPress (experience with other CMS platforms is also welcomed)
  • Basic understanding of HTML
  • Functional knowledge of website construction, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and proactively with individuals across multiple teams and departments
  • Resourceful, high-energy team player who is flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to thrive both as an individual contributor and as a collaborator
  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required)
