Junior Solution Analyst (m/f/*) CPG

We are looking for a Solution Analyst to join our UK Team based in London. We’re looking for someone with lots of energy who will share our passion for using the latest technologies – including machine learning – to optimize our customers’ supply chains.

You’ll be joining a highly skilled team of consultants with plenty of opportunities for personal development and growth. You’ll work closely with both our customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative, creative solutions. The role requires curiosity about supply chain business processes and software configuration.

What you'll be doing:

• Engage with customers to understand their planning needs and business objectives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to design supply chain solutions that maximize customer profitability.
• Utilize SQL to configure and customize our solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
• Facilitate seamless integration of our product with customers' existing systems and workflows.
• Perform thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure they meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Educate customers on how to fully leverage our product to achieve maximum value and efficiency.
• Support customers in resolving their critical incidents and in achieving further system improvements by delivering value development.

What you will bring to the table:

• MSc, preferably with a focus on logistics and supply chain management, production and/or computer science.
• Relevant work experience in the CPG sector as well as utilizing SQL.
• You are curious, analytical, open to opportunity, and ready to take on new challenges.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills being an advantage.
