We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our team Remote based in the United States (US)
 
Position Summary:
The Business Analyst will support data collection, remediation, and preparation for a new system implementation. This role involves analyzing data problems, engaging key stakeholders to ensure complete and accurate data, and performing data cleansing tasks in spreadsheets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience and advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.

Job Description:

• Participate in implementation team meetings to understand requirements.
• Engage in data collection and remediation to prepare data for upload.
• Review existing legacy processes, document, and support the development of new processes.
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation.
• Confer with clients regarding the nature of information processing or computation needs.
• Coordinate and link data sources to increase compatibility and share information.

• Must have 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, Business Consulting or similar Agile role.
• Must have advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software (Excel and/or Google Sheets).
• Experience and knowledge of data validation and remediation techniques.
• Experience and knowledge of design techniques and principles involved in the production of drawings and models.
• Ability to perform data cleansing tasks.
• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or commensurate demonstrated experience required.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one's time.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this Remote role is $35.00 - $44.00/hour USD. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
