Job Title:  Project Manager

We’re seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Directors of Business Development in executing signed projects and growing our partnerships within the Corporate Wellness, Affinity, and Event Sponsorship channels. This role will ensure smooth execution of client-facing projects, while helping identify and sell additional opportunities within existing accounts.

Position Overview:

The Project Manager will be a key player in translating signed contracts into actionable, successful projects. Working closely with the Directors of Business Development, you will oversee the management of client implementations, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met. You will also ensure that Life Line Screening’s services are tailored to each client’s unique needs, working cross-functionally to drive internal and external collaboration. The ideal candidate will have established experience in project management, a keen understanding of contract terms and scope, and the ability to develop and present custom solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end execution of signed projects, including the management of timelines, budgets, and resources across Corporate Wellness, Affinity, and Event Sponsorship channels.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project implementation. Maintain a strong, professional relationship with key client stakeholders while ensuring satisfaction and success.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, marketing, legal, and medical teams to ensure projects are executed according to client specifications.
  • Contract Execution: Collaborate with the Directors of Business Development to ensure that contracts are aligned with deliverables and client expectations, managing the scope of each project effectively.
  • Customization & Presentation: Create and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and reports that reflect the unique needs of each client, ensuring alignment with their goals and Life Line Screening’s offerings.
  • Sales Support & Opportunity Identification: Collaborate with the Directors of Business Development to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Proactively develop strategies to expand business within assigned accounts.
  • Progress Reporting: Create and present internal and external reports that track project progress, sales pipeline, and potential opportunities, using Salesforce and other reporting tools.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes for project execution, reporting, and client engagement.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordination of conferences, sales meetings, and customer-facing events, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: At least 4-6 years of project management experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, preferably within the healthcare or corporate wellness sectors.
  • Sales & Account Management: Experience in sales, account service, or business development is highly preferred, with a demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting client expectations. Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM or project management platforms is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills, ensuring all aspects of projects are managed meticulously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions that keep projects on track and clients satisfied.
  • Adaptability & Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment. A collaborative attitude is essential.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to generate custom reports, analyze sales and project data, and make data-driven decisions to ensure successful project execution and business growth.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
