Job Description:

Plan and activate paid social media campaigns across Meta, X and LinkedIn, among other platforms.
Manage the day to day workload for our client's paid social needs and deliverables.
Work directly with clients to discuss paid social strategy, innovation and planning.
Provide POVs both proactively and when requested
Foster collaboration with other channels and partner with Client Services
Act as primary point of contact for team escalation and participate in daily client communication.
Oversee testing and learning for the account while mentoring junior team members

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in paid social media in an agency environment
Previous/current experience managing direct/dotted-line reports and/or mentoring junior team members in paid social
Experience working on campaigns that drive consumers to download apps
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables)
Knowledge of implementing, optimizing and making client recommendations for full-funnel paid social campaigns
Experience with testing and learning for paid social campaigns

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
