As an Outside Plant Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our fiber infrastructure projects, working with internal teams, contractors, and permitting agencies to ensure every project runs smoothly. You will:
? Oversee project development from initiation to completion.
? Partner with Outside Project Executives to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
? Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and execution.
? Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
? Problem-solve and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
? Report on project milestones and provide regular updates to leadership.
? Ensure compliance with regulatory and permitting requirements.
? Champion best practices in project management and execution.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and a natural problem-solver. If you have:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
5-8 years of experience in project management, overseeing all phases from planning to completion.
Familiarity with permitting agencies and regulatory requirements.
PMP certification (preferred but not required).
A track record of managing large-scale technical projects.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with project management tools/software.
