Job description

This is a remote position.

This job post is open to Philippine residents only.

Scope and schedules available:

40 Hours a week
Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Central Time (10pm - 7am Manila Time)

With 4 clinic locations across Houston, they are looking to provide exceptional service to their patients. Their mission is to improve patients' quality of life through compassionate, personalized allergy care.

Responsibilities

Recording and maintaining a business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. Will record financial data into Quickbook to produce the balance sheet and income statement.
Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits
