Job description

This is a remote position.

This job post is open to Philippine residents only.



Scope and schedules available:

  • 40 Hours a week

  • Mon - Fri 9am - 6pm Central Time (10pm - 7am Manila Time)

  • Houston TX


This rapidly growing allergy medical practice is revolutionizing allergy care through their innovative approach. With 4 clinic locations across Houston, they are looking to provide exceptional service to their patients. Their mission is to improve patients' quality of life through compassionate, personalized allergy care.

Responsibilities

  • Recording and maintaining a business' financial transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments. Will record financial data into Quickbook to produce the balance sheet and income statement.
  • Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Performing day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
  • Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits

As this is work from home, you need your own computer and internet to support calls and videos.

Requirements

  • At least 2+ years experience in Accounting

  • Quickbook online

  • Excel and Google sheet

  • Excellent phone skills and customer service skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Proficient with computers 

  • Strong Internet Connection
