Our fast-growing and dynamic company is currently seeking a talented US Investor Relations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving our fundraising efforts by identifying and engaging institutional investors for our equity fund. If you have a strong background in finance, investments, and building relationships with investors, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the fund and the company.
Job Description
As the US Investor Relations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Research and Identification: Conduct comprehensive research to identify institutional investors, such as family offices, private equity funds, investment advisors, wealth management firms, and investment boutiques.
Database Management: Build and maintain a database of potential investors, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Investor Outreach: Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to engage potential investors, gauge their interest, and provide them with fund information.
Investment Opportunity Communication: Prepare and distribute concise, impactful summaries of investment opportunities to potential investors.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and facilitate initial discussions between potential investors and the team.
Ongoing Investor Communications: Manage and maintain ongoing communication with investors, providing regular updates on fund performance and answering inquiries as needed.
Collaboration with Finance Team: Work closely with the finance team to ensure alignment on investor communications, reports, and updates.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
United States Certified.
Proven experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field with a deep understanding of investment criteria and processes.
Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a persuasive and professional communication style.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Comfortable with cold calling and building relationships with new investors.
Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on building long-term relationships and driving fundraising success.
Experience in sales, particularly in investment or fundraising contexts.
Familiarity with the facilities maintenance or similar industry is a plus
