Job Description:

Summary:

The Senior Data Integrity Specialist is responsible for supporting internal and external customers through the accuracy and integrity of our customer master data.  This position will focus on accuracy and compliance but also interact with the team’s manager to work on complex projects. This position is liaison between customer, sales and leadership on behalf of Zep to resolve pricing, data or invoice issues.

Primary Duties: 

Customer Service

  • Provide computer set up for new accounts as well as ensure existing accounts are updated accurately as new information is provided.
  • Create shipping account information in the computer system and update as needed.
  • Set up and maintain customer pricing, which includes building system price books, creating electronic customer price files and loading special pricing into the system.
  • Resolve pricing discrepancies and issue pricing related credits as needed to customers. 
  • May perform rolled business task. This is a process that is run to identify the sales representative that is assigned to a customer(s) so when new representatives are assigned the system change can be mass uploaded
  • Apply judgment and decision making when monitoring workflow and handling new data requests, changes and deletions.

Data Review

  • Partner with Manager to implement new processes and procedures for more efficient ways to maintain the overall data in systems.
  • Collaborate with key users and operational groups to identify business needs, data usage requirements and validation metrics.
  • Generate data reporting and metrics for workflow steps.
  • Establish efficient validation processes that can be carried out consistently and via automated processes to ensure data accuracy.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that issues needing management assistance or attention are escalated appropriately and timely.
  • May aid with training of other associates.
  • Perform other responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree or equivalent
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Proficient in:
    • SAP
    • SalesForce
    • Microsoft Suite
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Consultative skills (team player with ability to multi-task) that help create value for the internal and external business partners
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be organized and detail oriented
  • Able to self-manage in a remote environment
