This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Marketing function. The role will report to the Director, Marketing Operations
This role is responsible for contributing to the design, implementation and configuration of CPD components include data ingestions, data integration, data transformation, and data activation. This role will (i) Partner with architects across the organization to develop technical solutions for integrations (ii) Participate in cross-functional and vendor teams to design, build, and test solutions to expand and enhance CDP functionality (iii) Create and maintain documentation of the CDP functional and technical operations. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing with 3+ years of experience in customer data platforms and 1+ years experience in CDP dev ops.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with architects across the organization to develop technical solutions for integrations
Participate in cross-functional and vendor teams to design, build, and test solutions to expand and enhance CDP functionality (CDP is currently Tealium)
Contribute to the documentation of the CDP functional and technical operations
Develop technical solutions within personalization utilizing skills, such as SQL, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
Architect detailed solutions tailored to business goals considering the current and future state environment.
Effectively communicate and present the design, positive impacts, and limitations of proposed solutions to internal customers.
Build and fully test the solutions as designed, working with customers to iterate through modifications and revisions.
Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.
Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
3+ years of experience in customer data platforms; 1+ years experience in CDP dev ops.
Ability to work in matrixed organization
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.
Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy
Ability to travel 10% - internationally and domestically
Preferred:
3+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of CDP implementation
Experience working with CDP integrations for SalesForce Marketing Cloud, apps, and ecommerce
Experience with Tealium iQ, Event Stream and AudienceStream
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
Understanding of Agile methodology and experience
Working knowledge of SQL and Tealium tag manager

The pay range for this position is $81,500 - $132,725; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
