We are looking for You to join us as our Solutions Manager – Sea Stock, where you will take ownership of our segment strategy, driving growth, enhancing customer value, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. As a critical player in our team, you’ll shape the future of the segment by developing innovative solutions, building seamless processes, and fostering collaboration across departments.
Some of the tasks you will be entrusted with
- Take full ownership of the segment strategy, ensuring it aligns with overall business objectives.
- Drive the strategic direction, identify growth opportunities, and leverage market trends.
- Develop and expand the segment with innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Create compelling customer value propositions to strengthen market positioning.
- Ensure seamless deployment and adoption of existing and new tools.
- Align strategies to maximize synergies and leverage opportunities.
- Partner with Demand Planning to ensure optimal stock levels for market demands.
- Collaborate with Customer Care to build robust and efficient processes.
- Work closely with Revenue Management to establish and maintain an effective tender management process.
- Lead sustainability initiatives that align with corporate environmental goals.
- Support and train Sales teams to effectively deliver value propositions and innovative offerings.
- Conduct comprehensive market and competition analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for differentiation
What we expect you to have in your backpack as background and experience
- 5-7 years of experience in a strategic, business development, or solution management role.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Possess strong financial and business acumen, coupled with proven sales experience to drive growth and customer-focused solutions.
- Proven track record of leading segment strategies, market expansion, or solution innovation in a similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Demand Planning, and Customer Care teams.
- Strong background in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities.
- Marine business experience is not a requirement
- A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and driving growth.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- A customer-centric mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in market analysis, sales enablement, and solution deployment.
